Jonathan Rhys Meyers

The Irish-born actor and star of Showtime's series "The Tudors" checked back into rehab at a London clinic for alcohol addiction in early 2012. This was reportedly his fourth stint in rehab. He entered an alcohol-treatment facility in May and February 2010. The actor, who is known for his roles in "Bend It Like Bekcham" and Woody Allen's "Match Point," also sought help in April 2007.
