Rick Ross Threats: Chicago police investigate gang threats allegedly made against rapper

(CBS) CHICAGO - A Chicago-based gang is being investigated over death threats its members allegedly made toward rapper Rick Ross, reports CBS radio affiliate WPEG FM.

According to the station, members of the "Gangster Disciples" posted a video on YouTube demanding that Ross send a check for the group's founder, Larry Hoover..

The Chicago Police Department is looking into the video and Ross says he doesn't plan on hiding from the threats, WPEG reports.
