Kentucky man, woman dead in murder-suicide outside Louisiville Walmart, report says

(CBS) LOUISVILLE - A Kentucky man fatally shot a woman in a Walmart parking lot in Lousiville Saturday afternoon, then took his own life, CBS affiliate WLKY reports.

Police said 44-year-old Charles Fickentsher shot 46-year old Michelle Hahn in the head as she was putting groceries in her car. An hour later, police found Fickentsher dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at McNeely Lake Park.

According to WLKY, Hahn's neighbor, Marjorie Whitlow, said Fickentsher and Hahn dated last summer, and that Hahn met him 6 months ago at a yard sale.

The station reports that arrest records show Fickentsher was charged with stalking 10 times in the past two decades in Jefferson County, Ky., but that it's unclear whether any of those cases involved Hahn
